About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its vibrant, multicultural community. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven and entrepreneurial educational leader, responsible for guiding the school through a new chapter while honoring its founding vision. This role involves strategic planning, particularly in the areas of strengthening and growing the elementary school program, and building institutional systems and processes to support the school's expansion. The Head of School will also be tasked with enhancing enrollment, marketing, and community partnerships, as well as supporting faculty and strengthening the school culture. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should have experience in independent or international/bilingual school environments, with a strong understanding of early childhood and elementary education. Deep knowledge of French and American pedagogies, as well as the French national curriculum, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build trust and navigate complex community dynamics, and a proven track record in enrollment management and marketing. A strategic and operational leader with a deep alignment to the school's mission, the Head of School should also demonstrate empathy, social awareness, and emotional intelligence, and be fluent in French and English.
