Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Trust and Estates Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Naples, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trusts and estates law, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, and tax strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and a diverse client base, providing tailored legal solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and implement estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and asset protection.
• Manage probate and trust administration matters.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop tailored legal solutions.
• Stay current on developments in estate, gift, and income tax law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for admission.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to client service and professional excellence.
