Spine Surgeon Great Neck & Westbury, Long Island, New York Base Salary: $500,000-$600,000 + Significant Production Bonus An established, physician-led, integrated healthcare organization is seeking a
Board Certified or Board Eligible Spine Surgeon to join our rapidly expanding multidisciplinary spine program serving the Long Island region. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of experienced spine specialists while helping shape the continued growth of one of the area's premier comprehensive spine programs.
The successful candidate will primarily practice in our
Great Neck and Westbury locations, working alongside orthopedic spine surgeons, physiatrists, interventional pain specialists, physician assistants, and a highly skilled clinical support team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

- Collaborate with experienced spine surgeons and a comprehensive team of specialists
- Integrated care model including orthopedic surgery, physical medicine & rehabilitation, interventional pain management, and advanced rehabilitation services
- Well-established referral network providing a strong and consistent patient volume
- Dedicated support from experienced Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff

Compensation - Guaranteed base salary of $500,000-$600,000

Qualifications - MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery with fellowship training in Spine Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
