ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in June 2025 and is a growing team of two with exciting plans to expand. I bring over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked as both a team member and on the corporate side before earning the opportunity to become an agent.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida State University and my MBA from Rollins College. Im married with two young kids, and family is a big part of what drives the balance and culture we aim to create in our office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Matt Culligan - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
