ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of four focused on steady growth and strong customer relationships. Im a second-generation State Farm agent with a background in finance, bringing both industry knowledge and a business mindset into the agency.

I have one daughter with another on the way, and family is a big part of what drives how I lead and support my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brandon Yim - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
