Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 1–3 years experience in electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or control panel build Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with standard control panel components (contactors, relays, VFDs, PLCs). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic understanding of UL508A, NEC, or related electrical standards (preferred). Physical Requirements & Work Environment Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed. Work performed in a production/shop environment with exposure to noise, tools, and moving equipment.
