Rula Health, the clinical division of Rula Technologies, is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and families while leveraging Rula’s innovative technology platforms to enhance access, outcomes, and overall client experience. You will work within a dynamic, inclusive environment that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Rula Health, you will carry a diverse caseload, supporting clients across the lifespan who present with relational, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Drawing on evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, EFT, and family systems therapy, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and relational assessments; develop collaborative, strengths-based treatment plans; and deliver ongoing psychotherapy focused on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and fostering resilience. You will document care within our electronic health record and utilize secure telehealth tools when providing remote sessions, ensuring that technology is used to support, not replace, the therapeutic relationship. You will be part of a broader, multidisciplinary Healthcare & Medical Services team that may include psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals. In this collaborative context, you will coordinate care, participate in case consultations, and contribute to integrated treatment plans that address the whole person, including mental, physical, and social determinants of health. You will provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed, adhering to best-practice guidelines and maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards.
