We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Associate Attorney to join our growing immigration department. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-centered environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of experience practicing immigration law.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. state.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online legal research (Lexis Advance and related platforms).
  • ECAS, EOIR, DHS portals, etc.
  • Exceptional communication, research, and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (read/write/speak).
  • 1–3 years of experience in removal defense.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation in immigration matters before EOIR and the BIA.
  • Prepare and file motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
  • Represent clients at hearings and assist in preparing client testimony.
  • Research complex immigration issues and develop case strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Prepare and submit affirmative applications before USCIS.
  • Collect, review, and organize evidence in support of various applications for relief.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE).
