Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team Answer busy phones while ensuring that calls are directed properly and messages are dealt with in a timely fashion Manage complex calendars; schedule, arrange and facilitate meetings Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, visa coordination, etc. Draft and edit letters and memos Responsible for tracking expenses and ensuring timely reimbursement Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate setting Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously while keeping an attention to detail Excellent written and verbal skills Discretion and experience handling sensitive/confidential information is a must Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) #J-18808-Ljbffr CitiStaffing
