Job Description

This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our Project Controls team. This is a full-time position located in the WSP Boston Office. Your Impact Duties and Responsibilities: * Support the Document Control Manager and Document Control Team to maintain a document management system for contract documents and project documents. * Work with the Document Control Manager and Document Control Team to ensure policies and procedures are being followed. * Help implement an efficient work-flow process, monitor daily activity, and implement modifications.

  • Work within the existing Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
  • Knowledge of document management process, procedures, and systems.
  • Provide Document Management support to the entire project team.
  • Retrieve files, Upload / Download files, Manage Document Naming Convention,
numbering, assigning, and distribution. * Process Incoming/Outgoing documentation. Ensure that electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with contractual requirements.
  • Familiar with the Submittal and RFI Packages Procedure and Processes.
  • Work with project department leads to ensure timely processing of
documentation. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of project experience in a Document Control or similar
role, working in transportation infrastructure development or the construction industry.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SharePoint, Procore, InEight, eBuilder, Bluebeam and
Microsoft 365 is preferred.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong reading, comprehension, and written retention skills.
  • Exhibit good problem solving skills and superior attention to details.
  • Exceptional client relations and customer service skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and quick to learn with a focus on continuous
improvement. * Ability to work in a team or independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by

Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $108,000-120,000/yr WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
