The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its specialized manufacturing business, which is a key player in the niche printing, packaging, and narrow/wide web processing industries. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in specialized engraving and printing. The role requires a leader with strong operational and financial acumen, a deep understanding of precision industrial manufacturing, and a direct, honest communication style. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong negotiator, and have a client-centric approach to business. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.
