Evening Shift/Tuesday - Friday, 10 hours 1200-2230. / 36hours

Responsibilities
Perform sterile processing steps following standard procedures and safety protocols.
Manage decontamination, packaging, sterilization, and storage of instruments.
Verify instrument counts and documentation for traceability and compliance.
Participate in ongoing training to expand competencies and advance roles.
Prepare and scan items into the tracking system for real-time visibility.
Coordinate with surgical teams to anticipate instrument needs and turnaround times.
Adhere to and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and metrics.
Escalate any discrepancies or safety concerns promptly to supervision.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment safety checks.
Support on-site workflow with a results-driven mindset and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pipelines and throughput.
Document training records and certifications for regulatory audits.
Experience/Qualifications
Sterile processing technician certification or eligible certification.
Experience with decontamination, packaging, sterilization, and storage workflows.
Strong attention to detail for instrument counts and quality checks.
Commitment to continuous improvement and KPI-driven performance.
Strong safety mindset; escalate discrepancies promptly.
Ability to perform instrument tracking and traceability documentation.
Proficiency with tracking systems and real-time item scanning.
Experience coordinating with surgical teams and anticipating instrument needs.
Maintain clean, organized work area; perform equipment safety checks.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and role advancement.
