Do meaningful work in your community. Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for adult individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

No experience needed, BAYADA provides Direct Support Professional training through our Apprentice Program!

All clients are adults: 18 years of age and older.

BAYADA offers DSPs the following benefits :

Pay starting at $17.50-$18 per hour

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, paid training is available
• High school diploma or equivalent

Location: Leechburg, Kittanning, Ford City, and surrounding towns

Pay: $17.50-$18/hr., dependent on experience. Apprentice rate starts at $17.50/hr.
