Attorney/Counsel - Trusts & Estates
Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Trusts and Estates Attorney in Worcester, MA (Hybrid)
An established firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Senior Trusts and Estates Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity . This Attorney will have deep experience in all aspects of Trusts and Estates. While a The position is ideally based in the Worcester office, but the Boston office is also an option for the right candidate.

- Base Salary range: $180,000 - $300,000+, contingent on experience.

Qualifications:
- The candidate must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing.
- The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience handling complex Trusts and Estates matters.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage matters independently. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- The Attorney will advise clients on estate planning strategies, draft wills, trusts, and related documents, and handle probate and trust administration.
- The Attorney will provide guidance on tax implications and compliance issues related to estate planning.
- The Attorney will maintain high standards of client service and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence.
