Warehouse Team Member

This position offers a base hourly wage of $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Love keeping things moving and organized? Join our fast-paced, FUN Sheetz Warehouse team and help make sure products get picked, staged, and shipped to stores efficiently and accurately!

As a Selecting Team Member, you'll be part of a crew that works hard, supports each other, and takes pride in keeping inventory flowing. Your day-to-day will be hands-on as you select full case products, perform staging tasks, and ensure shipments are ready to go.

Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)

1. Select full-case products accurately to keep outbound pallets ready for shipment.
2. Complete production logs, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and other documentation with accuracy to keep operations running smoothly.
3. Handle all inventory carefully to keep products safe and avoid damage while moving and staging items.
4. Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your supervisor or team lead so operations stay on track.
5. Perform put module and staging tasks efficiently to keep workflow smooth.
6. Use motorized equipment like forklifts, generators, and pressure washers safely to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
• Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• None required

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):

• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
