Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the full-time UX/UI Designer will deliver user-centered designs for product features, conduct usability testing, and create high-fidelity prototypes while supporting design system adoption in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years' experience in a UX or Product Designer role Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards Portfolio demonstrates strong UX/UI principles and real-world projects
