Esperienza pregressa in UX/UI Design. Competenza nell’uso di Figma e altri strumenti di design. Capacità di creare contenuti grafici per i social media. Esperienza nella progettazione di siti web. Non è necessario saper programmare, ma la familiarità con HTML e CSS è un plus. Esperienza di 2-3 anni presso agenzie di comunicazione/design o in aziende attive su temi di UX/UI design in ambito digitale; Conoscenza di tecniche e strumenti per la creazione di interfacce di dettaglio, prototipi, wireframe, mockup e userflow (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Miro, Adobe CC); Abilità nell'utilizzo di strumenti come Adobe Creative Suite e competenze nell’utilizzando software come Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects o altri programmi simili; Esperienza nella creazione di contenuti per i social media e conoscenza delle migliori pratiche per l'engagement online; Gradita Conoscenza di HTML + CSS, AEM; Padronanza della lingua inglese; Creatività, spirito innovativo, dinamismo, intraprendenza e proattività; Buona organizzazione del lavoro e gestione delle scadenze.
