Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day support to a high-profile Principal at their Palm Beach residence. This full-time, on-site role occasionally requires flexibility with working hours.
The candidate should have between 1 and 5 years of experience in personal or administrative support, with 2 to 3 years preferred. The role demands a poised and adaptable professional with the ability to handle responsibilities with discretion and integrity.
The primary responsibilities include offering direct personal support to the Principal, which involves scheduling and coordinating appointments, following up on communications, and assisting with basic technology needs like laptop setup and device troubleshooting. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly is vital.
The assistant will also manage daily household logistics, act as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and external service providers, and coordinate tasks such as deliveries and appointments to ensure smooth household operations. Running errands such as shopping and handling pickups and drop-offs based on the Principals preferences is also part of the job description.
Candidates need strong organizational and communication skills, a passport for potential travel, and the ability to remain adaptable and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations.
