Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Plumber based in Battle Ground, WA. The Service Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, including pipes, drainage, and water systems. Daily tasks include conducting maintenance, performing repairs, and delivering excellent customer service by providing clear solutions to clients. The role requires hands-on work and interacting professionally with clients to ensure their plumbing needs are addressed effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficient in plumbing, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• Experience in piping systems, maintenance, and repair in residential and commercial settings
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Attention to detail and ability to address issues accurately and efficiently
• Experience working as a licensed plumber is preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with regulations
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Google Suite
