SERVICE PLUMBER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Mr. Twister Plumbing | Lehigh Valley, PA

As a Service Plumber at Mr. Twister Plumbing, you are a professional problem-solver . You are trusted to represent the company in customers’ homes, diagnose issues accurately, and deliver high-quality plumbing solutions with speed, honesty, and pride.

This role is for an experienced plumber who wants to work in a well-run, growing company that respects their skill and pays accordingly.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service plumbing and drain cleaning work
• Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
• Recommend repairs and upgrades when appropriate — no pressure sales
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service truck
• Use company iPad (Housecall Pro) to document jobs and collect payment
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Deliver professional, respectful customer service on every call

• Arrive on time and ready to work
• Complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Treat customer homes with respect
• Take ownership of your work and results

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable using an iPad and mobile apps
• Professional appearance and attitude

⭐ PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

• Drain and sewer experience
• Camera and jetter experience
• PA plumbing license or apprentice progression
