Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator IV. The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving Salesforce platforms to support organizational efficiency, user adoption, and system security. This role involves managing user access, automating workflows, ensuring data integrity, and implementing system upgrades and security measures. The administrator also partners with stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable across the enterprise and integrated applications/plugins/tools.
ResponsibilitiesSystem Management:
Administer Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Monitor Salesforce system performance, data integrity, and availability
Implement Salesforce security measures, including multi-factor authentication, IP restrictions, and field-level security
Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows
Maintain system documentation and create end-user training materials
Conduct regular system upgrades, patches, and release readiness activities
Infrastructure/Platform Support:
Manage Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and production orgs
Implement Salesforce integrations with other systems or applications using APIs, middleware, and AppExchange solutions
Support Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes) to reduce manual work
Monitor system logs, errors, and integrations to ensure operational continuity
Partner with Salesforce developer teams to align the platform with enterprise security and compliance standards
Technical/User Support:
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 Salesforce support, resolving complex user issues
Deliver onboarding and training for new users
Support governance processes, data stewardship, and system change management
Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and optimize CRM functionality
Education and Experience:
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
