Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Position Overview:We are seeking motivated individuals to join our 2-year Roofing Apprenticeship Program. While this program is a great fit for recent high school graduates, we encourage anyone interested to apply. This program provides a combination of hands-on, on-the-job training and classroom instruction to build a strong foundation in the roofing industry and develop long-term career opportunities.
REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to work occasional weekends and overtime during peak season
Ability to lift 80 lbs
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems
Learn roofing systems including shingles, metal, davinci, composite, slate, TPO, EPDM, and more
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Participate in classroom training to build technical knowledge
Use tools and equipment under supervision
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Work alongside experienced technicians and receive mentorship
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
No prior roofing experience required – training provided
Interest in construction or skilled trades
Ability to follow instructions and take direction
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Full-time
Seasonal (with opportunity for long-term career placement)
