Salary: $24.00-$30.00

RN or LVN Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Trach/Vent)

Location: Downtown Houston, TX

Reliant Healthcare Group is a pediatric-focused healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional 1-on-1 nursing care to children and young adults. We are growing and seeking compassionate RNs and LVNs to provide private duty nursing services to pediatric patients in the home.

This role is ideal for nurses who valuemeaningful patient relationships, consistent schedules, and high-acuity pediatric care.

What Youll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 020)
• Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care
• Follow and implement individualized plans of care
• Communicate changes in patient condition, medications, or appointments to the care team
• Educate and support families on medical care and procedures
• Complete all documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN/LPN license in the state of Texas REQUIRED
• Trach and ventilator experience required (G-tube experience preferred)
• Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 8090 pounds
• Ability to work in a home environment
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and medical equipment
