DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Remote Senior Business Analyst.Responsibilities:* Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals, customer needs, and strategic objectives* Define and refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives* Partner with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support successful product delivery* Lead and contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning activities and execution in a SAFe environment* Ensure alignment between business requirements, product roadmaps, and technical implementation* Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market insights to drive product enhancements and prioritization decisions* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide visibility into product outcomes, team performance, and delivery progress* Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, product quality, and team effectiveness* Foster collaboration, accountability, and adherence to Agile best practices across teams and stakeholdersRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field* SAFe v6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification required; Additional Agile certifications such as CSPO are preferred* 3-5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related Agile role* Experience with backlog prioritization techniques, sprint planning, and Agile delivery methodologies* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban* Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, data models, and system integration concepts* Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset* Ability to analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and performance trends to guide product decisions* Proven ability to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product backlogsJob TypeContractCompensation50 - $60
