ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University. Ive been with State Farm since 2013 and opened my agency on January 1, 2018. My wife and I have been married for six years, and we have two sons who keep life busy and fun.

We stay actively involved in the community, including donating over 500 backpacks to a local elementary school, handing out flowers on Mothers Day, and helping educate the community on insurance. Im passionate about helping customers identify gaps in coverage and protect what matters most.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Yama Ebrat - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
