Transform the everyday with us

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team on 1st Shift! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX facility.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Primary responsibilities include Receiving and Shipping and will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20 team members.
• Teams accurate and efficient receipt of products, storing inventory, and shipping products to our customers.
• Handling team schedules and daily assignments.
• Continuous improvement, standard processes, root cause and resolution.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 or more years’ experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply-chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of educations (High School Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in an organization.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentations skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management with proven delivery and improvement project in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)
