Outpatient-only practice 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support Flexible schedule (3 13-hour shifts weekly) Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision (90% coverage for you and your family) 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays Collaborative, physician-led culture with a close-knit provider team Access to a national network of Serenity providers and clinical leadership Annual provider retreats to exotic locations like Maui and the Bahamas The Role As a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
