Project Scheduler in Houston, TX

• $47/hr. - $50/hr.
• Contract role with hybrid work schedule (Monday - Thursday in office, Friday remote/work from home)

We’re seeking a Project Scheduler to support critical project execution efforts by ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful project data and reporting. This role plays a key part in enabling project teams to stay on track, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and analyze project data, support scheduling processes, and provide visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities across capital projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in collaboration with project teams and contractors
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support forecasting, progress tracking, and schedule updates
• Communicate key insights, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders
• Review contractor submissions for accuracy and alignment with project requirements
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports such as critical path, lookaheads, and variance analysis
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across project systems and tools

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with project scheduling and data analysis
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls processes
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working on capital projects (pipelines, facilities, or similar) is a plus
