Engagement Description
This Role is within a remote contact center. We service major health care payer Medicare Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
Work Hours
• Monday thru Friday 8:30am and as late as 5pm in office days. On-site on a rotational basis. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Help desk is opened Mon. – Fri. 8AM to 6PM.
• Peak Season Oct. to Mar.
• Schedules are based on seniority and company needs
