Position Details
  • Visits multiple healthcare facilities daily within the market
  • Base salary $50k–$60k
  • Performance‑based bonus compensation
Position Summary

The Physician Liaison acts as the primary contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting USA Clinics Group. The Physician Liaison effectively communicates current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of services.

Responsibilities
  • Promote USA Clinics Group services by contacting healthcare providers in person, by phone, and email.
  • Distribute clinical information and marketing literature to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Generate opportunities by calling physician offices and healthcare organizations.
  • Follow up with physicians to gather feedback and questions.
  • Provide approved information to physicians on USA Clinics Group services.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, and service issues.
  • Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain the required level of activity, servicing and managing accounts.
  • Provide feedback on marketing strategy, review effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis, and develop territory plans with the manager.
  • Attend community and networking events as needed to represent the company and its services.
  • Attend and actively participate in required meetings, including internal growth meetings, staff meetings, community events, etc.
  • Maintain collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues to effectively contribute to the working group’s achievement of goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • This is a full‑time position (40 hr/week) with compensation based on that schedule.
Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in outside sales, business development, or related experience. Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred.
  • General medical knowledge, especially related to our facility’s services, treatment offerings, and equipment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM and activity reporting software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce business results effectively.
  • Ability to make and maintain contact with prospective and current referring providers.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of appointments, sales, calls, and follow‑up calls.
