Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote Payroll Associate will manage end-to-end US payroll operations for over 300 employees, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while transitioning systems from UKG Pro to ADP. Key responsibilities Execute biweekly/semi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate wage calculations and compliance with multi-state regulations Administer employee deductions, manage 401(k) contributions, and process wage garnishments in accordance with federal and state laws Collaborate on payroll system migrations and improvements, driving process optimization initiatives across payroll workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in US payroll processing Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now Strong understanding of US FLSA and experience managing multi-state payroll Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data validation
