Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18.00 - $18.50 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Order Selector:
Safely and accurately select customer orders
Build orders according to assigned load tickets
Shrink wrap and label completed orders
Transport completed orders to the warehouse loading dock
Accurately receive inbound products
Replenish stock and assist with inventory management as needed
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections
Safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including clearing debris and stacking empty pallets

Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution experience preferred
Experience operating powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection and inventory handling
Basic math and reading skills for interpreting load tickets and labels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
Commitment to following safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work alternate shifts (1st or 2nd)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Background check and drug screening required
