Role Overview

Our client is looking for an office coordinator who will be a key support system for all office operations. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to grow their office support career and ready to collaborate with a strong team. This is a fully on site position in San Francisco proper.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Support overall front office operations and maintain a polished, organized workplace environment
  • Coordinate meeting spaces, common areas, and general office readiness throughout the day
  • Assist with office logistics including scheduling coordination, supplies, deliveries, and vendor support
  • Partner with administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of internal activities and meetings
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to teams as needed
  • Contribute to office culture initiatives, employee experience, and hospitality-related efforts
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests that support the broader organization

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative, operations, office coordination, or hospitality-oriented role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who is proactive and dependable
  • Comfortable working onsite and supporting a dynamic office setting
  • Proficiency with standard business tools and office technology
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Zoom

Compensation: $100k

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule: M-F, Full-time onsite
