Medical Device Production Assembler - Entry Level
Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry , is seeking a Production Assembler to join their growing manufacturing team. This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in building a career in the medical device industry. Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply. The client is also willing to train motivated candidates who do not have previous manufacturing experience.
Job Title: Production Builder I (PB1)
Location: Alameda
Pay Range: Up to 22.28
Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am OT might be needed
What's the Job?
Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and regulatory standards such as Federal QSR and ISO 13485.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and conformance.
Accurately document lot history records and component accountability.
Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
Maintain cleanliness, gowning practices, and housekeeping standards in a controlled environment.
Candidate Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools
Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical) is preferred but not required
Ability to clearly speak, read, and understand English
Reliable, trainable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment

English communication evaluation (speaking and reading)
