Rula Health is seeking a compassionate and tech-forward Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered mental health care to individuals, couples, and families while partnering with a company that values innovation and exceptional user experience. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and create collaborative treatment plans that address relationship dynamics, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health needs. Services are delivered through a hybrid care model, combining in-person sessions with secure telehealth visits supported by Rula Technologies’ cutting-edge digital platforms. As a core member of our clinical team, you will facilitate ongoing therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EFT, family systems, and trauma-informed approaches, carefully monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all care meets HIPAA, ethical, and regulatory standards. Collaboration is central to this position: you will coordinate care with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals to support integrated, whole-person treatment. You will also participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and regular case reviews to enhance outcomes and support your own continuous learning. Rula offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and professional growth. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist here, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful care while helping shape the way technology supports mental health services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary and tech-savvy team to share feedback on digital tools, improve workflows, and enhance both clinician and client experiences. We offer competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k benefits, along with opportunities for ongoing training and continuing education. This full-time hybrid role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about relationship-focused therapy, excited about leveraging modern technology in practice, and eager to contribute to an innovative, mission-driven healthcare organization.
