You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative professional with a proven track record of supporting busy teams and using a ticketing/case management system . You thrive in a fast-paced environment where your precision, communication skills, and ability to manage diverse priorities are truly valued.

At Robson Forensic , we understand that exceptional administrative support is the backbone of our success. Now, we're looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our elite Business Staff in our Lancaster, PA office.

This position is full-time and in-office, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Not eligible for remote or hybrid working.

Individuals with a paralegal background are encouraged to apply.

Description:

  • You will perform conflict checks and data entry.
  • You will proofread and format documents.
  • You will organize and file case materials.
  • You will work with a ticketing system to manage requests, prioritize, and complete tasks.
  • You will answer phones.
  • You will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • You will perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience : 7+ years of administrative experience; law office experience is a plus.
  • Computer Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience w/ a ticketing/case management system (ex. NetSuite, Salesforce, account/client/project management system, etc.)
  • Skills :
    • Meticulous attention to detail; accomplish tasks quickly w/ high degree of accuracy.
    • Exceptional data entry, organizational, and file management skills.
    • Excellent editing and proofreading skills; ability to draft accurate documents.
    • Strong research skills; quickly locate and compile relevant information.
  • Work Style : Manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

You must have a clean background screen, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive.
