About the Role

As the successful candidate, you will take the lead in developing and implementing a data governance strategy, guiding a dedicated team, and ensuring robust data policies, standards, and procedures are in place. Your efforts will enhance data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
This role is critical in ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations across various regions. You will act as a subject matter expert on data governance, fostering a culture of data literacy and stewardship within the organization. We seek strategic thinkers with strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to the responsible use of data for social impact.
Desirable qualifications : Experience in the charity, NGO, or international development sector; familiarity with cloud-based data environments; knowledge of data quality and stewardship frameworks.
