Laser And Optician Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Laser and Optician Technician to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in laser system alignment, precision manufacturing, and optical device assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and align photonics laser systems per technical specifications and blueprints.
• Adjust laser settings to achieve optimal performance and precision.
• Operate various manufacturing equipment to produce device components or sterile finished products.
• Perform equipment setup and in-process adjustments to maintain quality and design specifications.
• Conduct inspections of machinery and outputs to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Assemble medical devices, conduct precision testing, and take accurate measurements based on work order instructions and technical drawings.
• Perform quality assurance and reliability testing following standard procedures.
• Self-assess work, troubleshoot issues, perform visual inspections (including under magnification), and rework assemblies as necessary.
• Review documentation such as Device History Records with attention to detail.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Participate in team-based projects to drive process improvements.
