Job Title: Junior IT Help Desk Support
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $17/hr on W2.
Experience Level: Entry Level - 1-3 Years
Schedule: 40/hr Mon- Fri
Contract: 5+ months contract role

A large enterprise organization in Charlotte is seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Support professional to join their onsite support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem solving, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced technical environment.

This role focuses on providing Level 1 technical support , assisting employees with account access, connectivity issues, and common software troubleshooting while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based IT support to internal users
• Perform identity verification for support requests
• Assist with network account support including password resets and account unlocks
• Support MFA credential registration and updates
• Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Outlook, browsers, remote connectivity, and other common applications
• Document all support interactions in the ticketing system
• Handle an average call volume of approximately 35 calls per day

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Experience navigating support documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
