Job Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, networking, and referrals. Sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies to new and existing customers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions. Understand customer needs and offer the appropriate products and services to meet them. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all client inquiries are handled with care and efficiency. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and State Farm offerings to best assist clients. Qualifications Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people. Strong work ethic and desire to meet sales goals. A proactive and self-driven attitude. Ability to work well in a team environment. Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license.
