Global Sap Sd Business Analyst

Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite/Hybrid – as applicable) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $150K – $175K

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sap Sd Business Analyst with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will play a global role in designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Sap Sd solutions. This individual will act as a bridge between business and It teams, ensuring efficient, standardized, and compliant business processes while aligning with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, setup, configuration, testing, and support of Erp-related Sd (O2C) functions
• Translate business requirements into efficient Sap Sd solutions to optimize global business processes
• Configure and maintain Sap Sd modules following change management protocols
• Drive improvements by collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Create and maintain business process mapping to document and communicate improvements
• Test integration points across Sap modules and external applications
• Organize and support user acceptance testing for new processes and systems
• Provide daily support and troubleshooting on Sd processes (Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Intercompany, Credit Management, Contracts, Rebates, Atp, Vat, Foreign Trade, etc.)
• Develop and mentor Sd power users across business units
• Monitor helpdesk queues, resolve issues, and liaise with external support when required
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and reporting needs
• Occasional weekend support as required

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Sap Sales & Logistics support and project leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Sap Sd certification required
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including pricing schemas, condition techniques, IDocs, and Sd-Fi/Co integration
• Experience with S/4 Hana preferred
• Exposure to other Sap modules (Mm, Qm, Wm, Fi/Co, Co/Pa)
• Working knowledge of Abap basics, IDocs, user-exits, migration tools, and form technologies
• Experience with Oracle Transport Management, Sales Tax Office, or Power Bi is a plus
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in global teams

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience as a project lead or team lead
• Experience in global, multi-country Sap implementations
