Endless Energy Insulation Team Member

Endless Energy, a Mass Save certified contractor is seeking applicants to join our growing Insulation team to work with our install crews helping homeowners insulate their homes and businesses and save money on their energy bills. Come join a team that feels like a family.

Endless Energy started with a desire to help people save money while saving the environment. Today our vision has grown to encompass many different services including heating and cooling solutions, commercial solar power, net zero home construction, Mass Save Home Energy Assessments, and insulation throughout the New England area. We help our customers benefit directly from Massachusetts energy efficiency programs, such as no-cost Mass Save home energy assessments, which provide customers with a personal report on ways to improve their home's energy efficiency. This also qualifies them for generous rebates on Mini-Split Heat Pumps and Insulation work!

Requirements

You should consider applying if you can bring these things to the table:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• A positive attitude that is focused on creating a team atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel for the duration of the work day.
• Experience in air sealing, ventilation, blower door tests, and installation of insulation (preferred, but we will train strong candidates that do not have experience).

You may be a rock star candidate if you have any or a few of these to offer as well:

• 1-2 years of insulation and/or weatherization experience
• Light carpentry skills are highly valued
• Past leadership experience
• Experience in construction or the trades
• Prior experience working with the Mass Save program
• Lead Safe Certification
• EPA certification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28-$38/hr.

Flooring/Insulation Removal Bonus

• 8 hour shift Monday - Friday
• Overtime available

Work Location: Our main office is located in Marlborough, MA, and we service the majority of the state of Massachusetts. Although experience is preferred, we will review serious applicants without experience for consideration.
