Executive Assistant

We are searching for an Executive Assistant for our client in the aerospace and manufacturing industry. As a reliable, strategic executor, you'll directly support executive leadership in both work and life so they can focus on the bigger picture. This is a full-time, onsite position.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide comprehensive executive support by managing calendars, communications, meetings, and company activities while ensuring timely follow-ups and action items.
• Coordinate reports, presentations, and business documentation, including materials related to manufacturing operations, aerospace projects, and certifications.
• Support cross-departmental projects by tracking deadlines, organizing information, and leveraging AI tools to streamline administrative workflows.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks, including documentation processing, organized filing systems, and serving as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact.
• Deliver high-level personal assistance by coordinating appointments, household and vendor services, and handling confidential personal errands with discretion.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in an executive assistant role providing executive, administrative, and personal support, preferably in a company of less than 50 employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organization skills; ability to multitask effectively
• Professional, discrete, and able to maintain confidentiality
• High attention to detail
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or similar technical industries
• Proficiency with AI tools
• College degree

You will be supporting the members of the executive team for Lamar Aero (aviation parts manufacturing) and its affiliates, OTM Tactical (sales of guns and ammo), Teleios Manufacturing (manufactures airplane parts and parts for suppressors) and Resilient Suppressors (sales of suppressors).
