Responsibilities

• Service existing client base
• B2B Sales
• Supervise team activity and results
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
• Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
• Focus on client management/growth, training, and leadership development
• Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
• Function well in a high-paced environment
• Help people and develop relationships
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Active participation in the community

• Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
