The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is a high-stakes, transitional leadership role. You aren't just looking for a deal; you are looking for the company you will lead for the next 10+ years.
Phase 1 (The Hunt): You will spend 612 months embedded in our M&A engine, sourcing and diligencing companies with $5M$100M in ARR.
Phase 2 (The Operation): Upon closing, you will transition into the role of General Manager or CEO of the acquired company, executing the Solen Playbook.
