In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures while utilizing gained educational knowledge and experience.
Essential Functions: Assist with producing weekly and monthly eCommerce business reviews. Create ad-hoc reports to better understand our business. Align and ensure key product pushes and launches are tied to marketing calendar.
Special Projects: Support eCommerce manager on new projects and ad-hoc tasks. Help support product and content launch calendars to ensure consistent experience. Assist with site merchandising and content updates daily based on inventory, marketing calendar, key launches, and overall Merchandising Guidelines. Assist in user experience (UX) A/B testing. Assist in the development and execution of departmental web strategy. Assist in the creation and maintenance of product collections for promotions and home page ad placements. Assist in executing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals and recommendations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good research and analytical skills. Knowledge of copywriting and editing. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements: Must be detail oriented. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. Must have the ability to collaborate with a team and contribute to insights.
Physical Demands: Must be able to look at computer monitors for 8 hours a day. Must have the ability to use hands and fingers. Using them to type, manage copiers and/or printers. Must be able to exert up to at least 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
Work Environment: This job is done in a traditional office environment. There will be extended periods of sitting.
