Full-Time / Part-Time Available
Pay: $18–$19/hr plus tips

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY SHIFT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Smash, sear, and build burgers to spec — every single order, every single time. No shortcuts, no slop.
• Own your station. Keep it clean, keep it stocked, keep it moving.
• Be the face of the kitchen. Our setup is open and guests can see you working — your energy is part of the experience.
• Greet, engage, and make customers feel like they made the right choice coming to us.
• Maintain food safety and temperature standards like your reputation depends on it — because it does.
• Work side by side with a crew that shows up and holds each other down.
• Handle high-volume rushes without losing your composure or your quality.

WHAT YOU BRING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• The physical stamina to be on your feet for long shifts in an outdoor kitchen — heat, hustle, and all
• A natural ability to connect with people — you don't need to be told to smile
• The discipline to work clean and work fast without being micromanaged
• Kitchen or food service experience is a plus — but we will train the right person
• A food handler's certification (or the ability to get one before your start date)
• Reliability — if you say you'll be there, you're there
• Pride in your craft — even if it's a burger, you make it like it matters
