Boutique private dental practice is seeking a dependable team member to support both front office and clinical care in a warm, patient-centered environment.

Position Summary

This hybrid role combines front-desk coordination with chairside assisting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage phones, email, and daily schedule
• Check-in/check-out, collect payments, explain financial and insurance details
• Verify benefits, submit and follow up on claims, post payments
• Maintain patient records, recalls, and appointment flow
• Assist chairside, set up operatories, sterilize instruments, manage supplies
• Take x-rays if certified and follow CA safety protocols
• Educate patients and schedule follow-ups

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years customer service; dental experience required
• 3-4 years chairside assisting experience required
• CPR/BLS required
• Radiology or RDA license if taking x-rays
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Professional, patient-focused demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
