Our Dallas team is currently hiring Customer Service & Sales Associates to support our growing operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This opportunity is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, call centers, or recent graduates looking to build professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Provide helpful information about products, services, and promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Support sales efforts through product education and customer engagement
• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Assist with order processing, scheduling, and administrative support
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals
• Participate in ongoing customer service and sales training

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining solutions
• Self-motivated with a positive work ethic
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dallas

Helpful but not required:

• Retail or customer service experience
• Hospitality or restaurant background
• Sales, promotions, or call center experience
