The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, documenting, and managing property damage claims. This role involves coordinating with insurance adjusters, contractors, and clients to facilitate timely and accurate claim resolutions. The Property Damage Specialist will conduct inspections, evaluate damages, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
